See? The robots are our friends! Watching this viral video of a little girl hugging a discarded hot water heater that she thinks is a robot might be the sweetest thing we've seen since the Terminator came back to protect instead of kill Sarah Connor. "Hi robot! Hi robot! " little Rayna says to the appliance placed at the curb. "Ahhhhhhhh, " she says as she hugs it. "I love you, robot. I love you robot. " Admittedly, the water heater does look like a happy-go-lucky robot. With what appear to be its insides placed on top of it, the "robot" has a head with two eyes that no doubt captured Rayna's attention. The YouTube video has more than 2 million views since it was posted three days ago. But, in a win for legacy industries, the next thing to catch Rayna's attention after the imaginary robot is a manhole cover in the street. Baby steps, future overlords. Baby steps.
