Hello, I'm looking to up my cardio this year and have recently started jogging. I've been logging 4-5 miles daily this month. I'm a bit on the heavier side, at 5'9" 210lbs (weightlifter). I've recently discovered that I have a very low arch, but not completely flat footed. I used to get ankle and knee pain after a few consecutive days of jogging, and found out I overpronate. As a result I picked up the Asics Kayano 26, which seems to have alleviated the pain I used to get. I find it much more comfortable and supportive than my ultraboosts, so it's been my only training shoe as of late. I'd like to look into another pair or two to have in my rotation. I could pick up another Kayano, but would like to keep my options open. What other shoe would you recommend for my needs? Are multiple pairs even needed for the amount of distance I run? Edit: slightly wide footed; couldn't fit the pegasus 37 Thanks!

My symptoms are barely noticeable and my optometrist could not identify the optic neuritis that my MRI picked up on (the cause for my diagnosis, coupled with the several lesions). In terms of my ability I am normal. My insides are not. Because I am free from pain or discomfort I feel ready to pursue treatment for both conditions. I also need the hep A vaccine, plus perhaps pneumonia. I feel I was living in ignorance, and had I not been tested I would have had worsening of these issues, surely. Luckily now I can seek further investigation, but I am disheartened that immunosuppression may not be an option for a while. (Please don't tell me you are sorry for me or I should have been more careful, this is nobody's fault. HPV can be spread very easily, btw, doesn't have to be through sexual contact. Please get tested yourself if you can. )

The Family Dentist of Westlake This place is the best. The office is clean and comfortable. Every person here is friendly, pleasant and helpful. I decided to try it based on all of the good reviews, and I'm so happy I did. I had a much better experience than other places I've been to in the past. The dental work was gentle but thorough, and they took the time to explain things and answer questions. I highly recommend The Family Dentist of Westlake! Jennifer, Google Reviewer
Starting in 2015, students who opt for the hybrid will spend 12 weeks a semester taking online classes from home, sometimes through live webcasts, said Eric Janus, law school dean. Half the credit hours will still be taught on campus, but they'll be squeezed into intensive weeklong marathons at the beginning or end of each term. "This is not an online degree, " Janus said. But it will open up new possibilities, he said, especially for students in rural areas, who would otherwise have to quit their jobs or uproot their families. "This is going to allow us to [reach students] in ways that were never possible in a traditional sort of program, " he said. The decision to add the hybrid option hasn't been universally popular, even among the faculty, who voted to approve it Dec. 11. "I won't claim that it was unanimous, " Janus said. "Not everybody believes that it's a good idea. But by far the overwhelming majority of the faculty voted in favor. " Prof. Douglas Heidenreich, a former dean of the school, was one of the dissenters.
