The Senate is slated to return on July 20 after being on recess since early in the month, and the next recess is starting on Aug. 10. The extra unemployment payments of $600 per week are scheduled to end at the end of July, although most Republicans don't support extending the measure, while Democrats have sought to allow the benefits to end in early next year. McConnell and other White House officials have talked about the next package costing no more than $1 trillion, while Democrats in the House of Representatives approved a $3 trillion bill in May that has been mostly ignored by Senate Republicans. That bill, the HEROES Act, would allow for more direct payments to a broader swath of Americans, extend the extra unemployment payments, and give more money to city and state governments. Foxdog released Foxdog Collectibles as a first-of-its-kind series of limited-edition greeting cards that take the form of NFTs on OpenSea. The collection includes eight pandemic-themed designs that will help to support the CDC Foundation, an independent nonprofit created by Congress to support the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. With this series, Foxdog says, "We are thrilled to launch our first-ever series of NFTs, which also marks the first time that physical greeting cards have been transformed into and preserved as NFTs. " The digital assets promise to live on as collector's items and tell the story of living during a pandemic. Each illustration offers a different look into life, such as the inability to socialize outside of the home or Zoom fatigue.

It doesn't get any easier. How to assemble? You will need a rectangular casserole dish of about 30×20 cm/12×8 inches. Step 1: 2-3 tablespoons of the meat sauce, just enough sauce to thinly cover the bottom of the dish. Step 2: Lasagna sheets Step 3: 1/3 of the meat sauce Step 4: 1/3 of the yogurt sauce. Repeat steps 2 + 3 + 4: lasagna sheets + 1/3 meat sauce + 1/3 yogurt sauce. Repeat steps 2 + 3 + 4 again: lasagna sheets + 1/3 meat sauce + 1/3 yogurt sauce. Step 5: Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Step 6: Bake for about 30 minutes or until the noodles are cooked through and the cheese is golden brown. Check by inserting a fork in the casserole, the pasta should be soft. How to serve? Let the Greek yogurt lasagna set in the dish for about 5 to 10 minutes before slicing it. You can cover it loosely with aluminum foil, if you wish, to make sure it doesn't lose too much heat. But I usually don't bother for a few minutes. Slice the yogurt lasagna into squares and serve it with any of the following side dishes: green salad (always my first choice) tomato salad with onions rocket salad sauteed spinach broccoli salad roasted vegetable salad black olives mozzarella and garlic bread herb garlic bread More lasagna?
