I've had best reception with ATNT. I carry a cell on verizon for work for the last few years and check signal strength once in a while. I don't have much experience with the other services. As for high speed internet it depends a little on where you are/will be. For the most part the only real option is Comcast/Xfinity for highspeed. If you happen to be in an area where they have done the fiber lines for DSL then I would go with that because I hate xfinity's customer service and business practices. I have a couple friends on fiber DSL who love it, it just isn't available in my area (older neighborhood). I would suggest with xfinity that you buy your own modem, after making sure it is a supported one. Since we did that about 4 years ago we have had maybe 20% of the issues we had before with xfinity's equipment.
